A lightly curried sweet potato soup with spices including cumin, cardamom, fennel & fresh chilli. Medium heat, spicy & served with a dash of yoghurt.

Old Welsh Rarebit - Cenarth smoked cheese, grainy mustard, free range eggs, laverbread,

Cream & a little whisky, heated gently and served in a ramekin with Toast

Rhydlewis smoked salmon with a lemon & horseradish mayonnaise.

Chicken livers with grapes pan-fried with butter & sherry. Served on a green leaf salad

Ham Llwyndu - Welsh cheeses - Cenarth Smoked & Hafod - in garlic mayonnaise,

spring onions, wrapped in locally cured ham with a Gruyere cheese topping, gently grilled.

Served with a Salad.
